• In no event will i8 Live be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the relevant local arbitration acts.

9. Assignment

• i8 Live may assign its rights under this Agreement at any time.
• The User's obligations hereunder shall survive any assignment or transfer of ownership.

10. Severability
In the event that one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, such provision will be severed from the remainder of this Agreement which will continue in full force and effect as if such provision had not been included.
